This class is for anyone who would like to increase their flexibility and strength. Learn how to safely stretch while building the muscle and balance needed to use your flexibility. Focus will also be given to building a stable, powerful core (abdomen and lower back) to increase strength, improve posture, and enhance dance training and overall fitness.
